Product characteristics

Agent «AMDOR-10» - cationic surfactant, which provides a high degree of adhesion of road bitumen with various mineral materials, including granite crushed stone and sand, which have high acidic properties.

Agent «AMDOR-10» is an improved chemical analogue of the "AMDOR-9" agent and differs from it by improved organoleptic and operational properties.

Road adhesion agent "AMDOR-10" is used in road construction to extend the service life and improve the quality of road surfaces, to improve technological performance in the production of bitumen concrete mixtures.

Agent «AMDOR-10» is injected into bitumen in amount of 0.15÷0.5%.

Advantages

Injection of "AMDOR-10" agent from 0.15 to 0.5 % makes it possible:

to reduce the surface tension at the interface between bitumen and mineral material and, as a result, significantly increase the adhesion of bitumen to mineral material of both basic and acidic nature;.

to reduce the temperature of bitumen by 10-20 °С in preparation of hot bitumen concrete mixtures.

to extend the season of road construction works for 1.5 – 2 months.

Injection of "AMDOR-10" agent into bitumen is carried out at the asphalt plant immediately before preparation of bitumen-concrete mixture. For injection of agent into bitumen the existing equipment of asphalt concrete plant, plants for preparation of polymer-bitumen binder, as well as special plants for injection of additives can be used.

It is very important to ensure an even distribution of the agent in the bitumen!

Packaging and storage

Agent «AMDOR-10» » is delivered in metal barrels with a capacity of 216 l and polymer containers with a capacity of 1 m3 from warehouses in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Tagil, Togliatti.

The agent packed in a container shall be stored in closed warehouses at ambient temperature from minus 40 °C to plus 50 °C.
