Emulsifier of cationic bitumen emulsions AMDOR-EM-31 it is a variety of derivatives of amine compounds in aqueous-alcoholic medium.

Emulsifier AMDOR-EM-31 used for the preparation of cationic bitumen emulsions of EBK-3 (EBDK M) classes.

Emulsifier AMDOR-EM-31 according to the degree of impact on the human body, it belongs to the 3rd class of hazard (moderately hazardous substances) - according to GOST 12.1.007.

Emulsifier AMDOR-EM-31 flammable liquid; flash point: not less than minus 18 °С, but less than 23 °С - according to GOST 6356.

Emulsifier AMDOR-EM-31 according to GOST 19433 refers to class 3, 3.2 subclass, classification code 3212. Classification code for rail traffic 3012, the number of the danger sign 3.

The use of bitumen emulsions makes it possible:

• To introduce environmentally friendly energy and resource-saving technologies of road works;
• Save up to 30% of bitumen by improving the wettability and coating of the mineral material;
• Reduce energy consumption per unit of final product in the device of gravel-emulsion coatings in comparison with hot bituben-concrete by 45-55 %;
• Use wet mineral materials;
• Carry out laying works under adverse weather conditions.

Emulsifier AMDOR-EM-31 shall be stored in closed warehouses at a distance of not less than two meters from the heating elements at a temperature of minus 30 °C to plus 40 °C, or in open areas under a canopy, or in specially equipped containers.
